Benfica to sell future incomes

In order to restructure the Super Liga club €100m debts, club president Luis Felipe Vieira confirmed that the club is in negotiations to sell future incomes from ticket revenue and sponsorship deals at the new Stadium of Light. "This operation forms part of policy to make sure the passive debt we already have does not get any worse," Vieira told media. Stadia advertisements including pitch panels and ticket sales generates to the club incomes in the region of €12m a-season.
