The Major League Soccer, through its marketing arm Soccer United Marketing, has signed a sponsorship deal with power tool manufacturer Makita U.S.A. Inc. Makita will have rights to on-field advertisements at Major League Soccer games, along with print advertising, in-stadium media, as well as in-store promotions featuring players from MLS and the Mexican National Team. It will also include a sponsorship of MLS Futbolito, the official 4 vs. 4 tournament of MLS.
