George Foulkes, the chairman of the Premier League club, is expected to hold a second meeting with Lithuanian millionaire Vladimir Romanov over the potential sale of the club. The statement came a day after the club’s shareholders voted to ratify the conditional sale of the club’s Tynecastle stadium to housing developer Cala Management. However, fans who oppose the sale and who hope the Lithuanian may yet ride to the rescue of the club’s ground, might be disappointed. "I must buy first and then I must think where the team would play," Romanov told the media.
