Fair play brings in extra UEFA Cup spot

Good behaviour will land England an extra spot in next season's UEFA CUP.
England topped the fair play rankings, so the Premier League club with the best intentions that does not qualify for the Cup will make it on behaving well.
Manchester City led the Premier League non-qualifiers in fair-play standings heading into the final match. On the basis if that, either Manchester City or Fulham will discover next week if they will get the fair-play slot.
Manchester City qualified for the 2003 UEFA Cup in the same manner.
