More future Internet-TV content for online platforms of Bundesliga clubs
As the second half of the Bundesliga season kicks off, PLAZAMEDIA GmbH, Germany’s largest producer of sports TV, is extending its client portfolio in the field of Internet TV. So far, eleven Bundesliga clubs (including Werder Bremen, SV Hamburg, Hertha BSC Berlin and VfB Stuttgart) have been using PLAZAMEDIA’s production service “Club TV”. For the second half of the season they will be joined by TSV 1860 Munich and Alemannia Aachen, followed by further top-flight clubs in the coming weeks. This will take the number of clubs whose online platforms get their Internet TV content from PLAZAMEDIA to 19. As well as the match production and summary, the company will also provide highlights, interviews, reports and reviews for the respective clubs. Thus PLAZAMEDIA will produce around two hours of content per club for their online platforms each Bundesliga weekend.
”PLAZAMEDIA provides more than half the professional clubs with Internet-TV content”, explains Florian Nowosad, CEO of PLAZAMEDIA. “In this way we are creating the basis for the clubs to directly attract their fans onto the familiar platform – a new, innovative form of customer connectivity. With this step, PLAZAMEDIA GmbH is again confirming its position as market leader in the strongly growing and dynamic environment of Internet TV”.
