English Preston North End reported a reduction in pre-amortisation operating loss for the fiscal year ending June 2007.

The loss was from GBP 2.9 million to 2.7 million. Turnover was up nine percent for the year at GBP 7.93 million, which the club attributed to FA Cup success. Wages increased and staff costs rose seven percent to GBP 7.7 million.

The club has approved construction for a new stand.
