MP & Silva and Dentsu acted as intermediaries in the deal. The two control delayed and live Serie A rights in Asia for three years.
The Fuji Television Network, Nippon Television Network and Tokyo Broadcasting System all agreed to contracts adding on to the existing deal with SkyPerfecTV, the pay-television broadcaster.
It is believed the deal will make Serie A matches available to a larger audience in Japan, with the three networks reaching more than 144 million households.
The rights cover home matches for AC Milan, Cagliari, Catania, Fiorentina, Genoa, Internazionale, Juventus, Lazio, Roma and Torino.
