Coventry City pin hopes on takeover

Despite having a transfer embargo imposed upon it, English Coventry City feel that a takeover deal will be done in the future.
The club has been beset by financial woes as five potential investors lost interest in the club over the past month. But the club said it still in talks with various groups.
In one interesting development, Sisu Capital, which has been in contentious negotiations for English Southampton, has emerged as an interested part at Coventry City.
"Following a board meeting today, Coventry City can confirm that the club is hopeful of a positive outcome to the possible takeover in the near future," read astatement on the club's official website."Talks are continuing with interested parties and the club is also finalising discussions with existing stakeholders, who are integral to the outcome of any deal."
