Team Marketing cautious about EM.Sport takeover

With EM.Sport Media buying into Highlight Communications, Swiss-based Team Marketing, a Highlight subsidiary, has said it will monitor expansion plans by the German media group.
EM.Sport is looking at merging in with Highlight to create a broadcasting group specialising in sports rights, among other areas.
Team Marketing is majority-owned by Highlight Communications, with 20 percent belonging to UEFA. It said it would continue to operate independently despite the proposed change of Highlight's ownership structure and reports of EM.Sport's plans.
