For the third successive time, English Premier League Arsenal announced it will not increase ticket prices for next season, reducing prices at the Emirates Stadium for the Carling Cup.
"We're delighted our ticket prices will be frozen for next season," said Keith Edelman, managing director.
Arsenal is the latest to follow the price cutting trend as clubs have become concerned about the many empty seats at Premier League grounds.
English clubs Bolton and Blackburn were the first to announce a cut in next season's ticket prices, with Aston Villa following suit. Sheffield United and champions Chelsea also froze ticket prices to stem the dissatisfaction felt in England.
