The Primera Liga club officials have sent a replacement shirt to UEFA for approval, after European governing body rejected its original ‘Spiderman 2’ logo for being too big. The team wore shirts with a spider and its web covering the entire front to promote the new movie, contrary to UEFA rules allowing shirt ads to be smaller than 200 sq cm.
