Fulham will not spend big money

The Premier club days of spending big in the transfer market are over. The club’s rising from the old Third Division to the Premier League under the tenure of Chairman Mohamed Al Fayed had been in part to the Egyptian’s willingness to be active and spend significant amounts of money in the market. However, the Harrods owner has started to show a more prudent approach to the club’s recruitment policy in recent seasons. "I think the chairman has done it right” said club manager Chris Coleman.
