Cash-strapped Hungarian Budapest Honved re-instated into top-flight

The 14 times champions club, which has been dropped from the Hungarian First Division for failing to pay debts of US$193,700 awarded by courts to its former manager Barnabas Tornyi has been relegated to the Second Division and barred from the transfer market. However, after Tornyi and the club's owners agreed to end legal and financial claims on each other, the Hungarian Football Federation has decided to re-instate the club back in the top flight.
