The owner of Premier League club Start, Erik Soler, has threatened to sue Rune Hauge after it was revealed that the agent received €12,7m for negotiating the new television deal for the Norwegian FA.

The Norwegian football authorities have announced that they will launch an internal investigation into the matter but Soler does not think it is enough. The whole deal cost TV2 and Telenor €127m. “It is not good enough that the FA does an internal investigation,” Soler commented to media. “This has do be done properly. I want a judgment based on the whole deal, including whether there will be any consequences for Rune Hauge.”
