Adjust font size: Decrease font Enlarge font

The first meeting of a UEFA working group comprising associations, clubs, leagues, player unions and FIFA representatives on the increasingly controversial role of agents has taken place at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. UEFA has been asked on several occasions by key stakeholders to take action on the matter. The discussions centered on the key issues and problems in this area, focusing on developing recommendations and proposals to improve the situation across the continent. Key figures present at the meeting included UEFA Chief Executive Lars-Christer Olsson, and representatives from several top European clubs, including Arsenal and Juventus. The French, Dutch and German associations were also represented, as was FIFA.
