Fulham signed a deal with PIPEX

The Premier League club has announced a two-year sponsorship deal with renowned Internet service providers, PIPEX. PIPEX will also provide broadband connection to the club and will replace dabs.com. Media reports estimate the deal for the two seasons at around £2.5m - £4m, significantly larger than the estimated £500,000-to £700,000 a-season spent by dabs.com since May 2003. Chairman Mohamed Al Fayed said: “The Club is very excited about the sponsorship agreement with PIPEX, a brand that is a sustained market leader in its field which has committed its support to Fulham for two seasons. Since I invested in this Club we have risen from the second division to consistently perform against the elite that English football has to offer. It is my aim to maintain this status and I am always happy to be involved with brands that share my drive and passion. I am sure that it will be a very successful combination between two ambitious organizations and believe that PIPEX is the right choice of partner for us”.
