Coca-Cola launched “Win a Player” promotion

Coca-Cola launched an unusual football promotion in the UK that will see fans of the Coca-Cola Football League and the Scottish Premier League get the chance to enter a draw via SMS or internet and win a prize of £250,000. The prize is to be handed to the winner’s favorite club, and will be spent on player transfers and not to serve any sort of reductions of debts. The winner and the winning team will be announced in the Coca Cola Championship Play-Off Final, which will be held at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff, screened live by Sky Sports.
