Welsh Cardiff City Football Club chairman, Peter Ridsdale, is to meet with Dato Chan Tien Ghee to finalize an investment agreement for the club at the end of the month, according to WalesOnline.

Currently an outline agreement has been made, which includes monthly payments. Once the contract is signed by both parties payments will begin, and City can hopefully settle the GBP 24 million owed to Langston.

Ridsdale will travel to Kuala Lumpur later in November to seal the arrangement with Tien Ghee. Along with the new five-year season ticket strategy recently announced, money should be made available for Dave Jones, club manager, to be active during the winter transfer window.
