UK broadcaster BSkyB has launched its first mobile phone television service providing sports news for the UK's cellular operator “3”. The clips (up to 2 minutes) which are launched through 3’s “Today on 3” service, will offer match highlights, general sports bulletins and news stories. Customers can either watch the clips through the video streaming service QuickPlay or save the latest sports news on their mobile and play it later.
