Infront Sports & Media has reached an agreement with BK Telekom of Serbia and Montenegro, and with M-League Marketing Sdn Bhd (MLM) from Malaysia, for a package of television and radio broadcast rights of the 2006 World Cup in Germany. M-League is a media rights marketing agency based in Kuala Lumpur and it plans to sub-license the rights, consistent with FIFA's distribution policy. In a separate agreement, MLM has also acquired the mobile telephone rights within the territory, including the right to deliver highlights of the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Infront also singed a “public viewing” agreement whereby non-commercial organizations, such as schools, churches, and hospitals, will be able to broadcast TV images of the competition.
