AMI gets FA TV rights for East, Central Europe

English international matches for broadcast in the Central and Eastern Europe region now fall under the domain of the AMI agency.

The agency won broadcast rights for the territories, which include Russia, the Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Balkan States. The deal covers for years, starting with 2008-2009 and lasting through 2011-2012.

AMI also has a stake in the Premier League broadcast rights, as well as Formula One.
