France Televisions back free-to-air highlights

French public-service broadcaster France Televisions wants to have Ligue 1 highlights on free-to-air TV next year.

The broadcaster did not get any broadcast rights from the latest tender. Now there is a movement to at least have highlights on TV. The station is backing that movement.
