Mediapro closes in on top TV rights

Mediapro is about to corral the rights for 21 football clubs in Spain, with the deal stretching through 2009-2010 season.
The deal is reportedly valued at EUR 500 million and would include most of the Spanish football league's top clubs.
Mediapro already has acquired the TV rights for Barcelona, Real Madrid and Real Zaragoza.
