German pay-TV broadcaster, Premiere, and Arena, the sports unit of cable operator Unity Media, has won jointly the rights to screen England's 2009-2010 Premier League matches.
Premiere will have the rights to broadcast exclusively 280 of the 380 matches, while Arena will show 60 matches exclusively.
