Hearts to broadcast games live on Internet

After a successful trail which attracted more than 200,000 viewers to the game broadcasted live against Celtic on April, Scottish Premier Club Heart of Midlothian has signed a deal with Sportcast Network to broadcast the club’s games on its official website. The deal was signed for five years starting from the next season. Heart hopes are to create revenue streams from the games, advertising and merchandising. The club will introduce two categories of games with different prices, and will offer monthly or season subscriptions.
