Manchester United players get in-vehicle WiFi connection

Top cellular broadband gateways provider Icomera AB has announced that it is working with Eavesway Travel Ltd. to provide Moovbox M200 mobile gateway in-vehicle Wi-Fi hotspot connectivity at broadband speeds to English Manchester United players.

The footballers will now be able to access the internet and email while traveling, as well as communicate with drivers. Eavesway can stay in contact with players regarding itinerary updates and schedule changes.

Eavesway Travel provides corporate services for a number of clients in the United Kingdom and transports Princess Cruise passengers between southern England and the port of Southampton.

Icomera's Moovbox M200 mobile broadband gateway connects high-speed cellular data networks with vehicles at speeds up to 7.2Mbps. Moovbox also features a built-in real time GPS.

Manchester United has used Eavesway services since 1999. The club will continue to use the service for another four years or more due to the new services made available through Icomera.
