Derby County strength its online products

The Championship club have launched an online ticket office, whereby tickets will available to purchase online at the same time they go on sale at the ticket office, with supporters able to order up to 24 hours before a match.

The new ticket service follows the recent re-launch of the club’s online shop which saw 2,100 transactions worth a total of over GBP 100,000 in the first two months of the new site going live last October, or twice as much as the online merchandise operation realised for the whole of the last financial year.

Derby County operations director Paul Clouting said: “We have been working alongside supporters over many months to develop this new service which is a major part of our strategy to improve the buying experience of our fans.”
