Orange mobilises for live Premier League action

The English Premier League will go live on Orange.

Mobile company Orange will become the first one to offer all Premier League matches live. The company struck a deal with pay-broadcaster Setanta for the rights.

Orange already provides pay-rival BSkyB's mobile TV service.

Orange mobile consumers will pay GBP 5 a month to access Setanta Sports 1, Setanta Sports 2 and Setanta Golf.

Steve Wallage, the head of sports partnership at Orange, called the addition essential to Orange's sports line.
