ESPNSoccernet.com has launched its site in two new languages, serving the French-speaking public and the German speakers.
Soccernet.fr will cater to the Francophone, while the German language will be available to users on soccernet.de.
The plan is to follow those versions with Spanish and Italian ones.
Coverage on each new site will ocus on the national league of each individual language version, meaning that the Germanic version will focus on the Bundesliga, while the French version will predominantly feature content from Ligue 1. The sites will feature coverage of national and club teams in international competitions, such as the UEFA Champions League and EURO 2008.
