Digital sports provider Premium TV has merged with the inform Group.
The specific details of the merger have yet to be released, but the move comes right after Len Blavatnik purchased Premium TV from Quest Turnaround Advisors as part of a GBP 25 million deal.
Premium TV generates more than GBP 30 million in digital rights for its clients, which include among others English Chelsea, and the English and Scottish Premier League.
"The merger with Inform is an exciting development for us and our clients," said Oliver Slipper, chief executive of Premium TV. "It gives us the scale to create an international rights distribution network focused on digital media and build out a significant advertising and sponsorship division."
