West Bromwich Albion saves with new IP system

Adjust font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
A new IP telephony system has cut maintenance costs for English West Bromwich Albion.

Voice and data integrator Freedom installed the system, which provides free calls between the club's two sites.

Freedom has helped the club manage call volumes with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The system is designed to tell customers their place in the queue and routes them to the appropriate agent.
