Burnley sold its grounds

The Championship club has sold its Turf Moor ground and Gawthorpe training ground to chairman Barry Kilby for £3m, in a sale-and-leaseback deal. The funds will be used to fully repay existing bank debts, and the club will have the option to re-purchase the grounds when it is in a better financial position to do so.
