Cardiff City will overcome a delay in building its new stadium

The Championship club has moved to reassure fans that the club will overcome a delay in building its planned 30,000-seater stadium. The latest setback to the proposal has been caused by a new planning application that is being submitted to Cardiff council, covering the retail part of the £100m development.
