Plymouth Argyle to increase stadium capacity

Following successive promotions the Championship club will increase the capacity of Home Park from 21,000 to 30,000 seats. While plans are underway to demolish the club’s existing main stand and replace it with a new structure in 2006, the board is already planning further ahead. “We have proven that if the success is here people will come,” said club’s chairman Paul Stapleton.
