Liverpool granted planning permission for a new stadium

The Premier League club has been granted planning permission to build a £ 80m 60,000 capacity stadium on Stanley Park recreational area, a site 300 yards from its current stadium. Plans for the development, which were approved by Liverpool council, have been passed for final approval. |
