Cardiff City plan for new stadium

The Championship club plans to build a 30,000 capacity stadium on the site of an existing athletics stadium, which will include retail development. The club’s plan to built two stands of its new stadium before demolition work begins on the site will speed up development time but also increase the cost by an estimated £ 2m.
