After two years of it being on the market, the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) found a buyer for its old headquarters.

Department store El Corte Ingles have put in for the EUR 25 million sale of the five-storey property with a basement, and putting the finishing touches on the deal.

EUR 3 million was knocked off the price in order for RFEF to pay off a debt to the travel agency section of the department store. The deal was agreed several weeks ago and should be finalised by the end of the month.

The funds will go toward debts accrued by the construction of the Ciudad del FĂștbol de Las Rozas national training complex.
