The Premier League club is considering over the possibility of a ground share if they are granted planning permission by Edinburgh Council to redevelop their main stand at Tynecastle.
The club had already three sell-outs this season which has persuaded the club to increase crowd capacity and create a sports bar and leisure complex as part of the new stand. Hearts Chairman George Foulkes plans to consult with the clubs shareholders and seek approval from fans before any decisions are made to ground share. The club has the option of staying at the ground while construction work is underway but will have to slash attendance figures from 17,000 to 13,000 in order to adhere to safety regulations.
