San Siro to undergo redevelopment

Serie A clubs AC Milan and Internazionale have announced plans to redevelop the 85,700-capacity San Siro stadium and surrounding areas. Building work is scheduled to begin in the summer with the aim of upgrading stadium facilities, infrastructure and security. "We want to make the stadium a comfortable and secure place for the fans - a meeting point for families and citizens 365 days a year," a statement on AC Milan's website said.
