South Africa will be given a progress report this week as FIFA takes on a formal inspection of the nation's preparations for the 2010 World Cup.

FIFA will visit four of the nine host cities over three days. They will start the process Monday in Johannesburg and Soccer City, which will host the opening and final matches. It is in the process of being renovated.

Port Elizabeth and Cape Town will be viewed the second day, with each city building new stadiums. The inspection ends Wednesday in Durban.
