The coastal city of Varna, Bulgaria will build a new stadium and sports complex that will meet FIFA's requirements for a football stadium, Focus Sport reported.
The complex, which will be 173,000 square metres, should be finished in three years and will have fitness centres, a gym, a hall that will seat 30,000 spectators, underground parking, conference rooms, offices and restaurants.
The city stadium that is used now will be torn down and the site will be used for the construction of the new facility.
