Barcelona agrees sleeve sponsorship deal

The Primera Liga club has reached an agreement with TV3 to wear the television company's logo on the first team's left shirt sleeve in all official domestic, UEFA Champions League matches and friendlies until the end of the current season. President Joan Laporta recently claimed that he is in favor of keeping the main body of the club's shirts publicity free, despite admitting the board is still in negotiations with an internet betting company over a sponsorship deal. Bet and Win made a €14m-a-year plus bonuses bid to become the team's official shirt sponsor for the next three
seasons.
