Huston Dynamo in a deal with StatoilHydro

The MLS Huston Dynamo has signed a deal with Norwegian oil company StatoilHydro. The sponsorship will last for three years, and will pinpoint player development and youth programs.
StatoilHydro will have the rights to the team's player development system, which includes the StatoilHydro being printed on t-shirts for affiliated camps and clinics. The oil company will also sponsor for the academic achievement program an Houston, called Score ad School.
The arrangement was made through 141 Worldwide, a New York sports and entertainment sponsorship firm.
Houston Dynamo's largest corporate sponsor is Amigo Energy, and their contract is good for another year. The near USD 2 million deal includes having Amigo Energy's logo on Dynamo jerseys.
