EURO 2008 lands Canon as official partner

UEFA announced Canon Europe has been added to the roll of Global Event Sponsors for the 2008 European Football Championship, held in Austria and Switzerland.
The group of official partners with worldwide rights now encompasses adidas, Canon, Carlsberg, Castrol, Coca-Cola, Continental, JVC, Hyundai-Kia, MasterCard and McDonald's.
The event has four official Event Sponsors as well as six EUROTOP partners, who are invested in the 2008 championships and other UEFA-backed competitions.
