Fulham in a deal with Pipex

The Premier League club Fulham has signed a two-season deal with the Internet and communications provider, the fifth-largest broadband provider in the UK, as main sponsor and exclusive broadband partner. Pipex will use the opportunity to develop new applications for its Internet based technologies for fans of both the mens’ and ladies’ teams in order to raise awareness of its services. The Pipex name will also appear on the club strip. Mike Read, chief execuive of Pipex Internet, said: "For Pipex, this is much more than just a shirt sponsorship deal, but provides the opportunity to bring Pipex’ cutting edge Internet and communications technologies to the footballing world."
