FA extends Lucozade deal

The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) has extended its sponsorship deal with Lucozade Sport for additional two years, prolonging the commercial relationship between the two entities through to the 2010 World Cup finals.
The €2m deal is worth €1.1m in cash terms to the association with 80% of the deal going to the Technical Development Plan (TDP) and the 20% balance to the eircom League.
