Juventus signed a record sponsorship deal

The Serie A club has announced a five-year €110m deal with Olinvest (Netherlands) BV, the owner of the Tamoil brand. The contract covers the period from 1 July 2005 to 30 June 2010. The agreement contains an option to renew the sponsorship for a further five years to June 2015 for a further consideration of €130m payable during the second period. Prior to the agreement, the club already had the largest sponsorship budget in Europe of €18.5m per year provided by Tamoil (€5.5m) and Sky sport, €13m.
