Emirates extends AC Milan sponsorship

International airline Emirates has broadened its domain, partnering with Italian AC Milan.
Emirates signed a three-year sponsorship deal at the AC Milan training ground. The 'Fly Emirates' signage will now be displayed at AC Milan's San Siro stadium.
"It is very exciting for Emirates to partner the current champions of Europe," said Ghaith Al Ghaith, Executive Vice President, Commercial Operations Worldwide. "Emirates has always had a great affinity with the game and this sponsorship extends our support of football across another country."
In addition to AC Milan, Emirates is a FIFA World Cup Official Partner. In 2004, Emirates and Arsenal signed the biggest club sponsorship in English football history, placing the Fly Emirates logo on the players' shirts, and gaining naming rights to their new home, Emirates Stadium. Emirates also sponsors French Paris Saint Germain Football Club and German Hamburger SV.
