The French Football Federation (FFF) signed a seven and a half-year deal with sport goods manufacturer Nike, starting on 2011 and ending 2018.
The FFF launched an invitation to tender at the beginning of year, where Adidas, Nike and Airness took part.
Nike is to pay EUR 42.66 million a year, or EUR 320 million in total, and will add a yearly EUR 2.5 million value sport equipment.
The new contract brings in the FFF four and a half times more income than the FFF gets in its current contract with Adidas.
Adidas has been the FFF's partner for nearly 40 years, since 1972 and will run its contract until the end of 2010.
