Swindon Town has struck a deal with FourFourTwo for a three-year shirt sponsorship with a one-year review clause. The magazine is the biggest monthly seller among football fans in Britain.
Not only will Swindon Town get coverage on their shirts, but coverage in print as well. The magazine is planning on serious coverage for the club.
Club chief executive Nick Watkins said he hoped the coverage would lead to improved sales for shirts and souvenirs.
FourFourTwo executives said they had been seeking a tie in with a Premier League club for some time.
